I have tried many brands of gummies that claim to be the best. However, RT gummies are the most consistent with dosage. 8 gummies are going to be a hectic ride so anyone reading this beware. 4 should be sufficient enough to get where you want to be. That will leave you with four left for later. 2 gummies helps as a micro dose. Now this is just my experience as everybody else will differ.
